GoogleWe worked with a lovely lady named Elizabeth H and she was definitely on top of things. Her responses were quick and helpful and I believe she helped make the processes smooth for moving into our new place. I do recommend working with her if you can. There was maybe a two week long period where we didn't hear anything in the early stages and we weren't sure we got the house or if the checks went through (renting). We had to call in to see if our application was accepted rather than being told but honestly that was the only unpleasantry.

GoogleI could not fault my experience with Your Move Dudley. My partner and I were purchasing as first time buyers so needed extra guidance at times which the team were always happy to provide. The house purchase had hiccups along the way but Tony and the team always did as much as they could to help us out - I’m sure going above and beyond their requirements for us. I am glad our first purchase was made through Your Move Dudley. I would highly recommend and cannot thank them enough for all their help!

GoogleAmazing experience dealing with Louise and Tony at the Dudley branch. Buying our first home and I was a complete stress head, needed constantly reassuring, and I'm sure I was on the phone to these guys more than my solicitor. They were absolutely fab. They went above and beyond to speak to our solicitor and the sellers when we had continuous hold ups. They worked so fast and were in constant communication even with us having hectic jobs not always being reachable via phone they were so accomodating to our schedules and always availble. If it wasn't for Louise and Tony's involvement, we wouldn't have completed as soon as we did. They're a credit to the company, and I'll definitely use YourMove in the future. GoogleI recently needed a tenant for a property which my son owned. I was allocated Bethany Pain, by David Stokes whom overseen everything. The service was flawless, it was totally efficient, with no chasing. Property empty on 07/12/23 , viewings arranged for the same day, tenant in for 22/12/23. That gave us time to get property maintained to a high standard. I cannot find fault with service, if anyone can, I can. You are in good hands with Your Move in Dudley from start to finish. Do not hesitate to use them. I have used them since 2012.
