Absolutely disgusting the way they treated my daughter. They were rude, arrogant and like vultures. Twice they took a holding fee off my daughter. She pulled out the first property off her own accord but not the other one. My daughter, myself and my son attended to try to get her money back. There was no aggression or shouting or swearing and they called the police to get us removed. Even the police couldn’t understand why they were called. The letting manager thought it was ok to laugh in our faces. We decided to just leave the premises and told them we would make a formal complaint. Ten minutes after we left they decided to refund my daughter her money and the reason stated was they didn’t want a big investigation. Totally unprofessional that day.NegativeProfessionalism

Received a call from them out the blue regarding a property I was selling with another agent, never heard of them before. I spoke to a very rude lady called Najma who thought it was ok to cut me off when I questioned who she was and how she had obtained my contact details. I complained to the manager, he wasn't much better. Why on earth would anyone want to sell with these obnoxious people. If that's how they go about trying to get work, they will be out of business very soon.

We had an appointment to value your property last year which subsequently cancelled ( I have sent you a screen shot confirming the details of when the valuation was booked and when it cancelled). My colleague Najma, called the person we had booked the valaution with (your uncle) and was passed your number. Najma called you this morning to see if we could offer our services again, as she could see the house was still on the market for sale. I sit next to Najma and she put the down on you as she felt you were being aggresive towards her. I have already apologised to you regarding this. We only called you as we could see you were still trying to sell the property and thought you might appreciate a second opinion/new approach towards finding you a buyer. I have removed your details from our system and wish you the very best of luck in finding a buyer. It's disappointing that you have decided to leave a negative review. It is standard practice for the first months rent and security deposit to be paid before keys can be released on a rental property. This is outlined in the terms that you sign at the point you reserve the property. As a gesture of goodwill, Charlotte has offered to return the holding fee you paid given that you misunderstood. We're not sure what more we could have done in this instance. We wish you all the best in your property search.

Massively let down by Tony and your move! Approached your move in september 2022 and made a succesful offer on a property. They were aware of our situation before purchase that we needed to move fast as was in threat of becoming homeless with our young children. The house was advertised as no upward chain which it clearly wasnt as the tenant is still living in there to this day. We expressed to tony about our sadness and distress this has caused our family financially and mentally but there has never been any sympany to our situation. Lost money on surveys and ID checks of a falsly advertised property! Be careful the facts are true before signing any contract or you will suffer the distress we have!

Firstly you have my apologies if you feel that we have let you down in any way. When we took instructions on this property we were told the vendor's sister, who lives in the property would move out as soon as a buyer was found. Unfortunately we now know this isn't the case. I have always been very sympathetic to your situation and fully appreciate the distress this is causing you. We are equally frustrated by the delays. I have, and will continue to chase this weekly for you. As soon as I hear something I will let you know. In the mean time I know you are looking at alternative properties and we wish you well should you find something else. I will of course let you know once I have a completion date from the vendors.
