GoogleWe had never really heard of or noticed this estate agents before and initially were quite hesitant as first time buyers with no idea of the process of buying at house. Ellis was great to us, very friendly and approachable. He responded quickly to enquiries every time and ensured he explained anything we were confused on and gave us frequent updates when he hadn't heard from us in a while. GoogleHunters were not my Estate Agent as i was the purchaser of a property being advertised for sale by this agency. Ellis Hill at the Stourbridge branch was the contact and i cannot overstate the value in his contribution to get this deal over the line. Ellis certainly went the extra mile, regularly prompting a somewhat sluggish sellers solicitor into action, and taking the time to contact me on an almost weekly basis. It got to the point where i had far more confidence in contacting Ellis to get something moved forward than any of the conveyancers involved in this transaction. I would definitely recommend Ellis, and indeed Hunters in general.

GoogleI've just bought my property through Hunters and Harry was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish he kept me updated without even having to chase him! I know Harry went above and beyond to ensure that my purchase was as stress free as possible considering the circumstances caused from the chain above and their estate agents not driving the process forward. GoogleThank you Jack and team for all your help and support in pushing the sale of my property through. Right from the word go, Jack was proactive and got my house on the market within days of our first meeting. He was informative, professional and above all, honest, which I really appreciated. I have dealt with agents in the past who are very ‘robotic’ in their approach so it was very refreshing to deal a company who are approachable and friendly. The team booked in viewings quickly and were available outside of the usual 9-5 hours, which is fantastic. I am especially grateful to Jack and the team for their support in the current climate - I was worried our buyer might pull out of the purchase due to the Covid-19 restrictions but Jack chased completion of the deal every day, and pushed it over the line for me. He kept me updated daily, and as someone who works in property industry myself, I couldn’t recommend the team enough. I certainly will be using Hunters for all of my future property matters. Agent Harj was full of fake promises. Although he was all smiles and seemed friendly, the minute we left after our viewing he didn’t return texts or calls and shyed away from any contact. After several calls to the agents I finally managed to find out myself that the property had been given to someone else, rather than them calling me to inform me I had to dig this information out of them which was frustrating. Avoid!

Contacted this agency regarding a view of 3-bedroom house. The advertisement contained no restrictions regarding families with children. During the phone call, the first question asked was whether we have children. Once this was confirmed, we were immediately refused solely on that basis. I asked several times why this restriction was not stated in the advertisement, but I received no explanation or answer. Refusing access to rented accommodation because a family has children constitutes unlawful discrimination under the Equality Act 2010. Letting agents are legally required to comply with this legislation, regardless of landlord preference. This experience raises serious concerns about the agency’s compliance with UK equality law. I am sharing this publicly so other families are aware.

I have been trying to contact them for 4 months in regards to my flat and contract but they are absolutely appalling at responses and making things clear and helpful for those they are letting to. They have sent me in so many different directions on who to contact and have stopped responding to me within one week of me first contacting them. On top of this it took them weeks to respond and report to maintenance issues, and when they did the response I got was rude and abrupt. As well as that they issues weren't resolved fully resulting in me feeling uneasy in what was meant to be my own space. Absolutely awful service and wouldn't even consider letting/renting from them again.

GoogleWhen we were thinking about putting our property on the market there was never any doubt that it would be Hunters that we would use, and they haven’t disappointed. Jack and all the team offer a first class service that cannot be beaten. We sold within 4 months in quite a challenging market and they haven’t disappointed they have helped us all the way through the whole process. I cannot thank them enough for all their hard work and would recommend you use Hunters for your sale.

Pathetic estate agency! The guy who is showing properties mixing up addresses and you end up viewing a different one. If you make an offer they show a very keen interest in person then no-one ever comes back to you. The property owners will never get to find out who made offers and they may just losing out on perfectly good tenants…!They do not even talk to each other within the office to relay interest.You get a bunch of promise, but that is all!Laura is useless!

GoogleDelighted with the service provided by Hunters in Stourbridge. The team kept me informed of every viewing they had arranged, and always relayed any feedback promptly. Not only did I achieve over the asking price, the team also helped find me a property to purchase within 2 weeks of the sale. I couldn’t have asked for better service throughout. Special mention to Harry who has been in regular contact throughout the whole process, and agreed to meet me at the property I have purchased on two occasions after the sale was agreed.

GoogleWe were so impressed with the service we received from Hunters Stourbridge and Jack in particular. They made the process of selling and buying so straight forward and honestly don't think we would've taken the plunge of moving with a one year old had they not have been so supportive. Jack kept the channels of communication open with all parties involved (even solicitors!) and called on weekends and out of hours to check in with us and keep us informed. Our house sold to the first people that viewed it and again, we aren't sure this would've happened without the advice and help from Jack. We would wholeheartedly recommend Hunters Stourbridge if you are looking for a personal and professional service alongside a bit of humour!! Thanks again to Jack and the team for everything. We love our new house and so does our little girl!!

Jack came around very quickly, was extremely professional discussing our needs and gave detailed information on value of house as a comparison against others in the area. Jack was an absolute pleasure to deal with, negotiating the best deal for us. We had regular updates of how things were progressing. Nothing was too much trouble or a problem. I would highly recommend the service, having used previous estate agents or online options I have certainly found this the better option.
