GoogleFrom start to finish Ellis has been superb. Very professional and very good at his job. He made us feel comfortable and has been there for us every step of the way from initial valuation to completion. He has gone above and beyond and nothing has been too much trouble. GoogleWaste of time! Put on offer on a house that vendors were happy with but got messed around for a week. Was told that the vendors want to give everyone a fair chance of viewing a house (some got cancelled due to weather conditions). Was told multiple times that they’re NOT LOOKING FOR MORE MONEY, even asked what amount would satisfy them to take the house off the market - was told theyre happy with the offer and it’s not about more money. Clearly it was a lie, in the end, they obviously were after more money, which is obviously fair enough but don’t lie to me, when I ask clear and direct questions. I was the first person to make and offer on this house, was not treated fairly at all, lost a week waiting around and time was of the essence for me. Not what you’d expect from a professional agency.

I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews because my experience was the opposite. I have just sold a house through Hunters of Stourbridge, and the whole team did a fantastic job, led by Ellis Hill. It was a long and at times tricky negotiation, but they never gave up. They stayed proactive throughout, chased the solicitors when needed, and kept the pressure on until we finally got there. I’m genuinely grateful for their persistence, professionalism, and support, and I would like to thank everyone involved for doing such a wonderful job.

GoogleI had fabulous service from Elisha in the rental department. After deciding to rent my property I was amazed at the speed at which she found tenants for the property. She kept me informed of the progress of the different stages of the process. I would highly recommend using Hunters and a special thank you to Elisha.

Awful. Incredibly disorganised. Would establish inspections and never turn up, would constantly email about overdue rent that wasn't overdue. Would pass the blame constantly. Attempted to raise my rent by a "reasonable" £200 a month six months into my tenancy which can only happen every 12 months and cannot be more than the CPI price index; they failed on both counts. Renting is honestly awful, and these clowns pray upon the anxiety of insecurity to get what they want.I have bought a house now, I wish all renters the luck to buy their own homes one day so we never have to deal with letting agents like these ever again.

Avoid This Agency, Completely Fraudulent and Untrustworthy If I could give zero stars, I would. I rented my property through this agency as a family home, but they have illegally turned it into an unlicensed HMO without my consent. Despite repeated promises from their agent Preeti that an HMO licence would be obtained, it never was. My rent has not been paid for over amThree months, and my calls and messages are now being ignored. The tenants contact me directly because the agents refuse to take responsibility. I was told I would be reimbursed for repair costs, I provided all invoices, but not a single penny has been repaid. The condition of my property now is appalling compared to how it was handed over. I have photos showing the before and after, it’s heartbreaking. After losing my father suddenly last year, this house held many memories, all of which have been completely destroyed by their negligence and deceit. Do not trust this company with your property. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and exploit landlords. I strongly urge others to stay away, they will promise everything and deliver nothing.

I would completely recommend avoiding this agency, they are slow to respond, have no information ready at hand and this has possibly been the most annoying process of purchasing a property with them. There was a lot of missing information that I was not provided and they basically only know how to respond when they need something. You will call them and they say they'll get back to you and just disappear. Avoid if possible.

TrustpilotSales progression team lied and not very professional.
We are in the process of buying a bungalow at the moment and the sales progression team told us the vendor had been to sort the electrics and service the boiler..previous tennants had apparently got in debt so electric was cut off..Hunters lied saying this would be sorted. A second viewing 2 weeks later and a wasted 120 mile journey confirmed nothing had been sorted. When we told them we were disappointed with them we were told to leave the property.

Within a short period of time, the house was put up for sale professionally and promptly. Everything was made clear in regards to what to expect, costs etc and I was happy to proceed. The house sold in under a week! We were astounded. This was thanks to the team at Hunters advertising and efficiency in getting viewers engaged and in through the door. The whole process was smooth and Harry kept me updated at every step of the way. He went above and beyond to help me and because of him, we got to where we needed to.
