Scam company. Takes 6 months' holding deposit from immigrants and then let the property to other customer. They do not reply after getting your money.

Terrible Service. As a landlord I paid for full management but all they did was rent collect & they didnβt do that well, leaving me in arrears. High staff turnover. Poor service level. Contractors they use botch repairs. They price the rent low to get tenants & their fee. Iβd question whether the even meet the tenants. AVOID.

Absolutely pathetic service. Rang and left several messages without any response . They havenβt got the basic levels of customer service to even pick up the phone. If thatβs their ethos then stay away from them .

GoogleDixons have lovely friendly staff who are happy to help. Throughout the sale of my home they have been professional and have kept me informed of any new developments regarding the sale. They are always looking to market properties in different ways rather than let them go stale on the market. With an in house mortgage advisor too it makes buying/selling a property very easy. Would definitely recommend giving them a call.

Don't answer the phone, dont get back to you when i was obviously interested in a property,ignores messages left for a return call, then sells without even contacting me to see if I wanted to put an offer in, feel sorry for the sellers might have got a better offer, I wouldn't use them to sell my house

Ripped me off! They took my deposit and then refused to give me it back when we didn't get the property - said I provided misleading information when that was absolute rubbish! Bunch of thieves - don't go near them

Poor service.once sale is completed staff become very unhelpful and rude.they also dishonest in their approach.ask me to pay deposit several months before the sale .many to get my deposit only after complaining.overall I had a very bad experience .they knew we were first time buyer at the time.

Ian Walker of Dixons has been excellent throughout quite a complex flat sale. Despite all the complications of COVID and the fact that at one point we had to withdraw the property from sale due to uncertainty about the owner's health, a good and realistic price was obtained. Ian steered us through the process and was very helpful

Instructed Dixons last year to sell my dad's house. Really hard to get hold of anyone, continually had to chase for updates, felt completely let down by them and their lack of customer service. Avoid!

GoogleI have recently rented a property off Dixons Halesowen, and have found their approach is very professional and helpful. All members of the team, Mark, Rebecca and Linda have made moving for me very smooth after a difficult time, and i couldn't have asked for better service. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a property to rent without hesitation

Never recommend this company to anyone .They took deposit before send me any documents charged me 160Β£ and later said to me your application is refused and deposits is nonrefundable..now going to take legal action against them ..don't go to this company if have less then 1 star I give them .

Rented a 1 bedroom in Edgbaston through them and when moving they made up all sorts of charges just to take half my deposit including holes in the wall despite the fact that the flat came furnished with blinds and I never hung anything so didnβt make any holes.

The sided with the landlord all the way through. Only heard from them when they attempted to collect more fees from me- with or without valid reason; when I asked them to prompt the landlord to do his part of the maintenance, the stepped back and became evasive. Disgraceful!
