After viewing the property the commitments were made but never fulfilled even after a month ,poor communication ,Without even looking at the inventory list house being handed over to Tenant (which showing multiple damages, not professionally cleaned kitchen and toilets) ,Ignorant and not professional at all.

GoogleDixon's staff have handled the sale of my property very professionally. The Buyers solicitors proved very difficult. The manager personally handled completion by phone when he was officially on holiday. Needless to say I was very impressed and would have no hesitation in recommending Dixons of Halesowen.

Had a viewing booked today, got there 10 minutes early and stood outside for 20 minutes waiting and no one showed up! Called and emailed but no answer or explanation. Disgusting service, wasted time and petrol money too.
