GoogleVictoria was brilliant. She has worked tirelessly to get my sale completed and would quite happily harangue solicitors if they were being slow. Without her help I would have disappeared down a pit of despair weeks ago. Worth every penny. The solicitors however....

Despite the lockdown restrictions Billinghams and Jez were excellent throughout taking care to keep me and the buyer informed at all stages. The all in fee was very competitive and absolutely no hidden extras. Viewings were conducted by Jez taking the stress out of selling my mothers house so soon after her death. I did not have to chase them about anything. The board was put up quickly and taken down the morning of completion. I am delighted with the 5 star service and would highly recommend this company.

Had some dealings with the Dudley branch of the company fairly recently when trying to buy a property. They didn't phone back when they said they would. Messages were left but no call back. When phoning to make enquiries no communication within the office. I certainly wouldn't sell my house with them.

Recently sold my late relative's home. Communication from Billingham team was consistent, straightforward and helpful. All the team knew details of the property. I was offered choices about issues such as house clearance and gas/boiler servicing. I was kept in the loop and up to date regarding client visits, client feedback and any issues. A really good job by all of the team.

We dealt with Giles at Billingham & Co and were impressed with the service we received. Giles has a good knowledge about the local area and had done his homework about the prices that houses in the local area had sold for recently prior to his initial visit. Giles has a lovely manner and we were confident that his mild and professional ways would sell our house. Throughout the process we received feedback and towards the end of the process this increased further. The communication after the sale with the solicitors was good and the deal proceeded smoothly. When our sale fell through early in the process Giles was quick to respond and resell it. We would recommend Billingham & Co to others to sell their home.

Billingham & Co were very helpful regarding the sale of my property. They gave a very good and realistic market valuation which no doubt helped to sell it within days of going on the market. They took very pictures of the property, inside and out which also made selling it a lot easier. The sales man who handled our matters was Giles Harvey, a great guy with lots of enthusiasm and knowledge of the local area.I would recommend him and Billingham & Co if you are selling or purchasing a property, Giles is a great contact and is supported very well by his colleagues at the Stourbridge branch.Rob Jones

I am very impressed with Billingham & Co, and with Jez Rhead in particular.Jez was professional, courteous, and sensitive in dealing with my family at a difficult time. He was responsive to queries, and always helpful. GoogleAbsolutely flawless from start to finish. Everything from sorting the right time to view the house all the way to signing the final documents and moving in, there has not been one bit of hassle throughout the whole process. Being the first time me and my partner moving away from our parents we was a bit sceptical and expecting stress to be involved which is where Billingham Taylor Dudley proved us wrong. Sold our house through Billingham & Cooke and couldn’t fault them at all. Had several viewings within a week and sold for above the asking price. Giles was brilliant. Very friendly and his communication throughout the process was great. He made sure our sale and purchase didn't fall through when our buyer’s solicitors were being very difficult. Would highly recommend Billingham & Cooke to anyone selling or purchasing a property. It has been a pleasure dealing with Giles, Matt and the rest of the team. Brilliant service all round!

What a fabulous service we received from Jez. Friendly and competent, nothing is too much trouble! From the moment we put an offer in to completion Jez was on the ball and got things done. If you have any queries you can text Jez and within a few minutes he has responded, reassured and acted! GoogleAfter recently selling our property in little over 1 day, from beginning to end was a smooth process. Valuation was informative but not pushy, and we were informed of upcoming properties giving us the option to view as soon as possible. Our agent Jamie Evans Updated us along the way with what step was next and where the chain was with regards to progress. Communication was fantastic and a positive experience for all. GoogleBillingham Taylor were recommended to us by a previous user. To sell my house, I contacted the Dudley branch, and straight away was entered into a very professional, friendly experience with lots of smiles. Jamie Evans dealt with my sale, he proved to be excellent throughout the process . Kelly and the other Jamie were always there to help if he was unavailable. I must also mention John who moved to Stourbridge branch who had a big hand in the early part of the sale. Thanks to you all for making my first ever house sale pleasurable. I would not hesitate in using them again in the future, and will strongly recommend them to others.
