GoogleI was mainly looked after by Natalie but found the whole team to be very friendly and professional. The real value to me is the chasing up of solicitors and the rest of the chain to ensure gets over the line ASAP. Natalie always responded to my requests very promptly and always kept me regularly updated with difficult solicitors. Would recommend and I thought was very good value for money.

Excellent buying experience!Jez and Giles were professional and friendly throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. They kept us up to date by email at all times and were great on the phone too...even when I lost my patience! The new home box was an especially nice treat and a lovely way to end a journey. GoogleIn our experience we purchased a property with Billingham and taylor and they were very helpful and professional in every way and were always at the end of the phone if we had any questions. Poor service. Failed to send through application forms after a viewing, had numerous reminders and phone calls but still nothing forthcoming, poor and far fetched excuses were given!In total, 4 phone calls post viewings were made, 2 email addresses given and no communication received. There must be an issue with the CRM as both emails from Richard have just come through with no issue. Shame it's too late.

We are sorry that you have not received this, but we have not received any other feedback to say there is a problem from any other of our tenants - we receive multiple applications, daily.Please contact the lettings team if you still have not received this.We do not believe that, because you have not received the application form - which we have sent multiple times, that this justifies a 1 star review of our overall service.Regards,Matt BillinghamDirector

Jamie (manager) from dudley office came round and gave us a good valuation of our house higher than what we expected however this valuation turned out correct as we got more than what we expected we would. Throughout the sale we had correspondence with the other Jamie who was very helpful and answered all our calls and queries throughly and efficiently. We would recommend B & T for any future sales

Billingham & co have managed the rental of my property for last 9 years, and during this time have handled all of the many complications, tenants and financing around letting. I trust their guidance and have always been very professional with me and the tenants under lease. Should I ever need a management company for future tenancy management, I will be happy to employ them again.
