GoogleFriendly, helpful and overall a great service. Moving into a new home is obviously stressful but they kept us informed every step of the way so we knew what stage we were at and what was next. They're proactive, we never felt the need to chase. Kelly was wonderful!

I live next door to one of there rentals , his houses are disgusting no maintenance will ever get done AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!! It’s been the same for the last 20+ years

Me and my husband have just brought our first home, obviously we didn't have much knowledge going into it and found it abit overwhelming, when we were introduced to Billingham and Co I can honestly say they made us feel at ease, when we viewed the property 'Natalie fellows' was amazing and she explained everything to us and she even referred us to the financial advisor we used who was also very helpful to us 'curtis' I am very grateful how quick it all went through and we were always contacted regularly to check everything was going OK and we got the keys yesterday and we are so happy and would definitely recommend Billingham and Co!. Thank you 'Natalie fellows' for all your help.

GoogleWorst experience ever! Communication was good online, and we arranged a viewing and told them we will be specifically be travelling from London which was agreed and a time was set. But no one showed up. After calling several times, we received no response and no solution. These people are time wasters!
We apologise for any confusion regarding the online booking platform. Your viewing request was sent out of office hours. The one dome reply confirmed that your viewing request had been submitted subject to confirming. Our office called and left a message to arrange the viewing the next working day. No call was received so the appointment was not booked. We have received another online viewing request from you this week and again we have left a message to book the viewing. A message has also been sent directly via one dome. Please can you call the office so that we can book the appointment for a mutually convenient time.

GoogleI would highly recommend Billingham Estate Agent in Dudley. Kelly Davies deserves special mention as she managed the experience of purchasing the property through a very challenging time (covid) where timescales were dragged out by a long wait for the Grant of Probate due to delays at the Probate Registry. Kelly provided excellent communication, feedback and service from start to finish. She was extremely professional and friendly at all times and most importantly kept nudging the sale along by keeping both parties informed as well as kept on pressing the solicitors for timely updates/information . The sale would not have had any chance of completing if it was not for her persistence and keeping all parties informed with realistic timescales. Well done , keep up the great work and look forward to using your services again.

After the year of 2020, I think we can all agree that any thing we did was going to be difficult, especially selling a house. This is where Billingham & Co excelled themselves. Their approach to safe guarding myself during the process of selling my house has been spot on. As for the service they have provided, this has been 100%. I had the pleasure of dealing with Senior Sales Consultant Kelly Davis, who has kept me informed, and up to date with the whole house selling process from start to finish. Whenever there were any queries, she was alway at the end of the phone to help answer them ( unlike my solicitor...). I would highly recommend Billingham & Co’s service to anyone selling their house.

Billingham & Co have looked after my property for the last five years after I received poor service from my previous agent. The comparison inn service has been marked.When I decided to sell the property, living some distance away they made the process simple and gave me confidence that a good sale would be achieved.If you take lockdown out of the process a quick sale was achieved for a price above what I thought I would realistically achiever. Since the sale was agreed the ongoing communication has been welcome and completion was achieved in good time,Thoroughly recommended.
