As our first point of contact in purchasing the property, Kelly at the Dudley branch was really helpful and knowledgeable about procedures right from the initial contact to signify interest in the property and to handing over of keys at completion.I also find the team in the office to be very helpful really and accommodating.I definitely wont have any problem recommending Billingham as an agent.Thank you for the service

As the saying goes 3rd time lucky, we had 2 buyers pull out through no fault of the Estate Agents or mine. Although the sale took longer than expected Jamie, Courtney and Kelly have been brilliant throughout. Billingham’s were happy to help with chasing vendors, giving us access to take measurements, loading and feeding back from our solicitor. We are very happy with the standard of care we received.
