Throughout the process everyone at the Billingham& Co Dudley office has been professional, helpful and supportive at each stage of the process. The office handled all the viewings, checked out potential buyers, helped me choose the purchaser through best and final offers and then kept me updated at every stage of the process. We were delighted by everything Billingham & Cooke did from the moment they came in through the front door. Giles quickly saw the positives in our house and helped us to emphasise them. My experience of Billingham and Co

I have used Billingham & Co for several years as letting agents and would recommend them to manage a property again. I had challenges in this time as you would expect,but Laura and Richard persisteing resolving issues to my satisfaction.I recently asked the Dudley office to sell my property and I was impressed with the speed and efficiency Jamie and Courtney marketed and sold the property within 2 weeks. Very terrible experience with this agency. No respect to potential tenant. During viewing I was asked to remove shoes, which I find logical since I am not walking around my own house with shoes on and I understand that landlord might not want dirt from outside in his/hers property. However property was just finished and floor was full of post construction dust. Lady from this letting agency was already provided with shoe covers, while my socks were collecting all this dust just to dirty my shoes inside. When I have decided to apply to a property, they have kept me disinformed whether or not I can move in, made qualifying tournament type situation treating this like some kind of free of charge reward to the chosen one lucky to live in such property. Later on nobody bothered to contact me on time that was given to me as time of decision whether I qualified or not. The lady that I was taken "care" of had some sort forced politeness and very negative body language. Next week from appointed time I was contacted by a gentleman who stated that I did not qualify providing no reason. The thing I wonder now is whether this situation with decision and attitude was because I am foreign. I would like to also point that I did not even qualify to referencing stage so I can't even tell what was wrong with me. Was it my name? Last name? Date of Birth? Nationality? It felt like I was too primitive foreigner to live in their "modern residence", and kept me as reserve in case nobody worthy would appear.

Fantastic from start to finish. Me and my wife recently purchased a house and had the pleasure of dealing with Jamie Evans of Billingham Taylor. I must say it was one of the most stressful things I have ever done and if it wasn't for Jamie it would have been unbearable. We were kept informed of how the sale was going on a regular basis and any time I needed anything, he never failed to answer or get back to me in a very fast response time. We had problems with our solicitors but Jamie put in alot of work on my behalf and sorted the whole thing out and went far and beyond what he should really have to do. I thought of selling my house in Tividale. I contacted Billingham Taylor as they were already advertising another property on our road. A very professional person from the agency visited us and gave us a full overview of the property and what the agents would do. They were the most professional estate agents I have ever used. I have dealt with at least 10 agents in the past. The day I agreed the for sale board was up. They advertised my property on the net. They texted me every time anybody booked an appointment to view the property. After the viewing they would call to give the prospective buyers feedback on the property. They also regularly emailed me to give in update and any offers. They also advised me on whether to accept or wait for a higher offer. I sold my property with the superb guidance and experience of the agents. I would sincerely recommend Billingham Taylor to anyone considering selling their property. They made the whole process appear so simple that I could not thank them enough, in my experience selling a car was rather much more difficult process. Very professional staff, 100% spot on. I normally don't write reviews but to not write this time would be an injustice to the agency and also to people considering selling in the area.

We used Billingham Taylor because they are a small friendly company, who, along with a good local knowledge ,give the personal touch. Their communication skills are second to none and the follow up process is faultless. We made the mistake, in the beginning, of trusting a larger agent but were very quickly disappointed. They sold our house and we purchased our next property fthrough them and would not hesitate to use them again and have recommended them several times.
