We recently completed our first home purchase using Billingham &Co.The service they provided from start to finish was fantastic!We were previously using another estate agent for another property that did not go ahead and the difference was night and day.The team at Billingham & Co were professional, friendly and always kept us in the loop at every step of the journey.Jez looked after our process and was always on the ball, responding in a really timely manor. Even when he was on annual leave for our completion there was a seamless handover that meant someone always kept us informed and reassured every step of the way.I couldn't rate these guys any higher, they were fabulous.Plus the card and moving in box was a beautiful touch! This is not the first experience of working with agencies . Natalie from Building &Co is a very nice responsive agent. She solved all the issues quickly. She answered the case clearly . Very unprofessional. Received a courtesy call back on the house I had booked a viewing on, agent seemed pleasant enough. They pointed out there was mining in the area so that was why it was cash buyers only. We thought that was the reason and said we still wanted to see it. Silence. "Hello?""But you would have to be a cash buyer""Yes?""But can you proceed?""Yes."More silence. This continued till I told them to just leave it. Very condescending and unprofessional, do you really think it's a good idea to presume how much money potential clients have? It's no wonder you haven't sold the house since you won't let people make a viewing. Will never use in the future.

As a novice to selling property, I liked the fact that it was an agreed overall figure at the start of the process rather than being a percentage of this and a percentage of that and depending on if this done. I knew where I stood from the beginning. The initial viewing ran smoothly and the photographs taken represented the property well, with a good sale price being given.
