GoogleI asked Billingham & Co for a valuation for a property owned by someone I have power of attorney for. Jez from the Wollaston/Stourbridge office came out and explained the options and how the sale process by modern auction worked. Selling a leasehold property that I knew very little about by auction was new territory for me. Jez made the whole journey easy for me, went out of his way to do things I wouldn't have expected him to do to support a very quick sale and did everything at pace. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jez and the team to anyone.

Paige has been a wonderful agent to work with getting my new apartment sorted. They're professional and good at their job, but also friendly, welcoming, and personable. I didn't feel like I was working with a stuffy corporate entity, but a real person who treated me the same way. Purchased a 3 BEDROOM town house for my sister Gita in Dudley, DY1. Natalie was looking after the case and she is by far the BEST real estate agent we have come across. She was fantastic, very professional on what she does and always one step ahead of the game. She chased up everyone involved in the purchase regularly specially the solicitor and made sure that the transaction was smooth and complete on time. At times getting hold of the solicitor was very difficult but Natalie did an amazing job, she was always on the board and communicating effectively with solicitors making sure things are moving smoothly and fast. Overall super happy with Natalie's service and how dedicated & motivated she was to get the job done. She worked very passionately and at times we thought she was the Director of the company. We had massive issues in our chain, which took over 10 months to complete.Unfortunately we ended up in the perfect storm of Govt stamp duty reductions (so all parts of the supply chain were over over capacity), Covid working from home syndrome and incompetent solicitors. Natalie from Billingham's however was the shinning light in the whole process. She kept us informed, chased constantly down the chain to try and get answers from very un co-operative solicitors, and even after our 4th failed completion date, continued to chase and push for us. Natalie was even calling in on her days off to try and keep the chain moving as there was a real risk of it falling through. Natalie on her own deserves the 5* rating.
