GoogleWe had a great experience both selling our house and purchasing our new home via Oulsnam (especially when interacting with both Sarah and Claire). They were very attentive, professional, knowledgeable, responsive to emails and good at communicating with solicitors/mortgage advisers, buyers and vendors as needed. They managed to sell our house very quickly, as well as a second time when it initially fell through; and also making us aware of houses which might be suitable for purchase which were about to come on to market. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleWe could not be happier with the team at Oulsnam in Droitwich. Angela, Claire and Trina have all been absolutely fantastic when helping us find the right buyer for our home, and in helping us find our new home. Claire went above and beyond to help us find our perfect home, after spending time to listen to and find out about our very specific requirements, and kept us in our thoughts when new properties came to light. The whole team were so patient with us, and as we were very nervous about the whole process they spent ample time answering our questions, providing us with information and putting our minds at ease. We felt they were very knowledgeable and trustworthy when asked questions about marketing our house, and for what price, and we were very pleased with the outcome of our house sale. We really appreciated their honesty with finding us the right buyer, making sure they were reliable, and we really believe they cared about making sure we were in a good chain. Angela even went out of her way to contact us back on a Sunday, which although is not expected, it showed dedication to the job and passion for the work that they do. Without a doubt I would recommend using Oulsnam's services and would feel completely safe in the knowledge that they will look after you throughout the whole process. GoogleAlthough we dealt mainly with Sarah Hetherington and Angela Tabberer, everyone at Oulsnams have been brilliant dealing with our sale. From start to finish they have been friendly and professional and we have always felt involved and kept up to date with developments. Communication is so important and valued and we have never felt that we have had to chase information. Special mention should go to Sarah in helping resolve a big last minute hitch with completion. She went 'the extra mile' to help resolve the issues and dealt with a very delicate situation so compassionately and with full respect both parties, to our buyers, and ourselves as vendors. All of this is so much appreciated and helped ease a difficult time. All in all I am happy to wholeheartedly recommend Oulsnams Droitwich if you are looking for an agent in Droitwich. Thank you all.

Clare as our key contact is very efficient and did her utmost to keep us in the picture when solicitors could not be bothered to contact us.

Excellent right from the start with Tom's valuation visit back in March, through to completion of our sale in September.
