GoogleWhile Oulsnam were acting for the seller and I was purchasing, their assistance in chasing both solicitors and other parties involved in the transaction was immensely helpful. It'd be fair to say that they kept me better informed than my own solicitor, who I was paying! All staff were very professional and helpful, facilitating a second visit and a pre-exchange final check. If I were selling they'd get my business. Thanks to Angela and all.

GoogleSarah has been absolutely wonderful when dealing which the recent purchase of a property. As a first time buyer, everything was a bit confusing for myself but Sarah was always at the end of the phone to answer any questions and responded to emails quickly. Sarah kept me updated throughout the whole process and was very knowledgable, professional and approachable, thank you! Dawn originally dealt with the viewing of the property and was lovely and knowledgeable.

GoogleTom was extremely helpful from start to finish. He was full of advice and made a very stressful experience much more easy to deal with. He has the patience of a saint as I'm sure I was the worse customer he has ever had. He helped and gave practical advised throughout as I had no idea what to do when buying a house and we were in a very difficult chain.I really don't know how I would have got on without him.

It was my first house viewing and I was there on my own, so I was a little nervous going in, but Sadie immediately put me at ease. We had a viewing with Sadie, from the Bromsgrove team, on the hottest day of the year and felt moved to write a review, as all 5 of us thought she did an incredible job. We arrived early but, instead of waiting outside, Sadie arranged for us to view the gardens first, whilst another couple finished viewing the house. As we moved inside, she had both appointments running alongside each other, somehow managing to answer all of our questions, keep the vendors happy and entertaining our 3 children, who were making it difficult for us to see everything! It was incredibly hot, but she worked so hard to make it a good experience for us, remaining enthusiastic, professional and knowledgeable throughout. All of the children left saying how lovely she was, and it takes a lot to win them over! I would also like to mention Karen who, despite our last viewing with her being some time ago, remembered all of our requirements, our family details and always takes her time with us. We've never felt rushed. We've been looking for a house since the beginning of the year, so have met with many agents. But Oulsnam stands out and we do so hope to be able to buy with you.

When our agreed sale fell through, Oulsnams were so helpful and helped us to find a new buyer. Even though the failure doubled their workload and they had to spend twice as long to sell our house as we expected, they didn't charge any extra.

GoogleTLC were our letting agents for many years.They were excellent at selecting tenants and always consulted with us before putting them into the property.We had no hesitation therefore in appointing them as our agents when we decided to sell.Tom Lawrence acquired a potential buyer very quickly but the buyer strung us along dor many months and then cancelled when we were ready to complete.It was a very stressful experience but through it all Tom remained calm,helpful and professional.Fortunately we acquired anew buyer very quickly.I would have no hesitation in recommending TLC as a letting agent or to handle a sale.
