I can't praise Oulsnam's Bournville office, and especially Lissie, highly enough! Throughout my house sale Lissie was helpful, friendly, efficient and communicative. She explained things clearly, kept in touch and always followed through promptly on things she said she'd do. Thanks also to Rachel (especially for pricing my house perfectly) and the rest of the team - I absolutely recommend them.

Other estate agents in the area (kings norton/kings heath Birmingham) had let us down on more than one occasion. They seemed more interested in profit then providing a good experience for the buyer. This is not the case with Robert Oulsnam Kings heath who were fair and helpful from the off. As parents of a disabled child, finding a property that was safe and met their needs was our top priority. The staff at this branch never applied pressure to put in an offer on properties which wouldn't serve our needs and instead worked hard to find us the best property for our family. They guided us at all times, reassuring us that the right one was just around the corner. It was. We are now happy in our home and the experience was made all the more pleasant by working with a team who genuinely cared about the client and didn't apply any underhanded techniques to ensure a sale. When our agreed sale fell through, Oulsnams were so helpful and helped us to find a new buyer. Even though the failure doubled their workload and they had to spend twice as long to sell our house as we expected, they didn't charge any extra.

GoogleTLC were our letting agents for many years.They were excellent at selecting tenants and always consulted with us before putting them into the property.We had no hesitation therefore in appointing them as our agents when we decided to sell.Tom Lawrence acquired a potential buyer very quickly but the buyer strung us along dor many months and then cancelled when we were ready to complete.It was a very stressful experience but through it all Tom remained calm,helpful and professional.Fortunately we acquired anew buyer very quickly.I would have no hesitation in recommending TLC as a letting agent or to handle a sale.

She will find out the answers to my questions, and nothing ever feels too much (like accommodating extra viewings or late viewings) Angela is always quick at responding, willing to help and has contacted me about properties coming to the market she knows I will like. The team has been professional, responsive, and easy to deal with, which made the whole process, from moving in to any ongoing queries, smooth and stress-free. A special mention goes to Shania, who has been exceptional from start to finish. She has always been attentive, approachable, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I’ve had. I’ve been renting from Robert oulsnams and company for 5 years all in all. In my first flat then when I wanted to move to somewhere bigger they made the process simple and easy. Since being In my house Shania Benton has made it effortless any problem I have had she’s sorted them quickly and is always responding to emails and phone calls quickly i always get a reply on the same day if I email. Whenever I’ve had an issue or problem she’s been there to sort it out and I’ve never not felt like I can not contact her. When I’ve needed stuff amending or some help she’s always been there to sort it out. If I ever wanted to move I would stay with Shania snd her company but right now I’m more than happy in my property

Realistic pricing saw the sale of our house at asking price within a week of it going on the market. Oulsnam’s fees were inclusive, transparent and competitive. The team, led by Shelbi, was accessible, professional and friendly. The sale took some time to complete, not Oulsnam’s fault, and Shelbi was tenacious in her chasing and keeping us and our buyers updated.
