TrustpilotA process made easy by an exceptional team.
We have recently sold a property through Oulsnam and thought it worthy to note the exceptional service we received from Shelbi, Sara and Karen at the Barnt Green office. From start to finish, nothing was too much trouble. The advertisement for the property was excellent and we were able to sell within weeks. All our questions were answered and dealt with promptly, everything was explained to us and we were kept well informed along the way. Thank you once again, fully recommended.

When things got tough during the purchase the girls turned every stone to push it along. They have amazing patience and awareness of what customers require. GoogleCan't praise Oulsnam Droitwich office enough for all the help and assistance during the sale of my late mother's park home. A special shout out to Angela and the two Sophie's. We were several miles away from the property so left them with a key and they dealt with all the viewings in a very professional manner, with feedback from them after each viewing. We have no hesitation in recommending Oulsnam Estate Agents to any prospective sellers out there.
Thank you for your lovely kind comments Steve and we are so happy you were satisfied with our service, we wish you and your family all the best for the future!

We viewed a property with Jeff and he was extremely friendly and welcoming. Anything we needed to know about the property he was there on hand to answer all the questions we had. He allowed us to take our time round the property and didn’t put any pressure on us at all, as first time buyers having this experience takes off a load of pressure.

Bought a house that was being sold through Oulsnams. The girls were all fantastic in the office. Patient, kind, empathetic. It wasn't an easy transaction and it got a bit edgy but the staff were wonderful throughout. I would definitely use kings heath oulsnams in the future and thank you.
