FacebookWays you can improve. 1) Stick to promoting properties you are selling on your Facebook page rather than pumpkins and medieval fayres. We should not have to ask you to promote our property. 2) Put adverts in your windows rather than display screens. No-one is going to stand around for 10 mins outside your window just to see what come up on the screen. They want to quickly scan what you have for sale.

My home took a while to sell - during this time Jemma and her staff continued to provide support, advice and encouragement. Once an offer was received things moved quickly and the help Jemma and Hayley gave me with the numerous forms that needed filling was hugely appreciated, as at times I felt overwhelmed by it all. I am now only 3 days from completion and throughout the whole process Andrew Grant Droitwich branch have been truly excellent.

We found the staff at Andrew Grant to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, The purchase process after our offer was accepted was slow but this probably had more to do with the vendor than the Andrew Grant staff.

The inspection clerks give you plenty of notice as to when they want to inspect and are very understanding if you can't make the appointment. I would definitely rent with Andrew Grant again in the future.

FacebookRubbish! We are cash buyers that want to buy a house and rarely can they be bothered to pick up the phone. Very poor service indeed. Do not use these to sell a property or act as an agent for anything!!!

FacebookUnprofessional, expensive and bad experience with the deposit. They have been unable to deal with the landlord to sort out the problems with the flat. Would not recommend them.
