Phoned up about a rental. lady had no info on it and she never rung me back . Phoned later in the year about another rental and again no info and no one ever got back to me. It's a shame because they had some lovely properties but how are you ment to veiw them and possibly rent one if no one ever gets back to you .

I recently bought my new home through them and they asked me to post a review. It was a bit of a tricky transaction at the outset but, once my offer was accepted, I thought they did a good job at progress chasing and clarifying a number of questions that the vendor's side were struggling to process promptly. They were reassuring when the stress was getting to me and though often busy on the phone in a very hot market were quick to respond to emails. It´s only because it was a bit tricky to ascertain the position of the vendor when I initially bid for the property that I give them four rather than five stars. After that, I was pleasantly surprised at what a good job they did and I think the transaction might have failed without their good work. Thanks to all involved!

As a potential landlord I found the Lettings team very helpful. I visited several other agents in Downham Market but William H Brown was the only one who seemed to be helpful in finding the right property for me. Even though I didn't actually buy through them in the end the Lettings team kept in touch during the time it took to complete the sale and found a prospective tenant in record time.

Selling the bungalow we currently rent 2 months before our tenancy expires and hassling us to get out ASAP, ringing us with other rentals and trying to arrange mortgage appointments to get out quickly. Advising our landlord to up the rent by 144% to give us no option at the end of our tenancy but to get out. Making a 3 year old and 7 month old child homeless.
