GoogleMy move to the Cambridge area was particularly stressful as we were coming from France with my wife's visa status unknown and my kids in limbo between grandparents (France and UK). The logistics involved (we self-moved) were immense but Shannon made, at least, the securing-a-house part easy. GoogleShannon was fantastic right from then initial meeting through to moving in day. Shannon is very friendly, approachable, great at communicating and kept me updated on the status along the way. GoogleBen and Abbie were fantastic. They were really helpful and friendly and made the move so much smoother for us. They did most things on like which is so efficient, especially if you can’t get down to the office for sign documents etc. They got us moved in on the date and time we need to be moved. Would definitely recommend!!

GoogleAs first time buyers we found William H Brown, and in particular Callum, to be very helpful throughout the purchase of our first home. We would highly recommend dealing with them. As far as them 'pushing' their mortgage adviser and other affiliated services, that has been mentioned in previous reviews, that is part of the job. We found a simple 'no' was quite sufficient.

Google5 yrs ago I dealt with Richard Carter in rentals and he did a fantastic job ... very professional and easy to talk to .. now 5 years later I'm moving house and once again delt directly with Richard Carter and again faultless.. anyone looking to rent a property within the downham market area I'd strongly recommend Richard Carter at William H Brown
