GoogleJust sold a property with William H Brown estate agents in Downham Market and they were all very helpful especially Charlie Rhodes in particular who went out of his way to make sure everything went very smoothly and if any problems arose he was straight on to it for us. GoogleMyself and my husband were homeless living with family after a no fault eviction after 12 years renting when we saw our now bungalow on Rightmove we rang WH BROWN and as soon as Jakub picked up the phone we knew we were in excellent hands. Jakub and Sophie both led us gently through the brutal rental market as it is now and very luckily they helped us secure our bungalow. We cannot thank them enough for their kindness, professionalism, patience when all the form filling online was so daunting and not easy and above all their care and kindness shone through. We would highly recommend anyone to use their services. The only negative point and we would have given 5 stars in the review otherwise was the rubbish "Welcome to your new property box" and not having enough full knowledge of the property on viewing to answer questions in the 15 min appt. Sophie and Ben were brilliant throughout the whole process - answering my constant barrage of emails, alleviating my anxiety, keeping us updated the whole way through and just generally making the process really stress free and easy. GoogleFound myself in a bit of a desperate situation trying to find a place to live. Ben was brilliant the whole way through the process of renting. I felt his positive, helpful attitude and he was either always available to talk things through or would call back with immediacy. I couldn't have asked for a better agent, especially when a first property fell through, all his above traits shone through. Would highly recommend him and the company.
