Sophie and Jakub have been amazing at helping us secure our flat. Jakub was very helpful with showing us around, and even made the time to let us have a second viewing so my partner could see the flat. Both have been so helpful, and Sophie has been great at helping us to settle in and help us with any issues that we’ve had. Since we sent in our first email we have been fully involved in our journey to move in to our new property despite minor issues we have faced. Sophie Hennells was fantastic from start to finish even with my anxious harassment nothing was too much trouble. The process went smoothly and we found her particularly accommodating which was fantastic considering she is currently working alone. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
