My experience with William H Brown was excellent from start to finish. Moving overseas and renting a place for the first time can be stressful, but they made the entire process feel straightforward and easy. A special thank you to Amber, my letting agent, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient throughout the process. Whenever I wasn’t dealing with Amber, I was working with Callum, who is part of her team, and he was just as helpful and professional. Both of them were always willing to answer my questions, keep me updated, and make sure everything was taken care of. It’s clear that Amber and Callum take pride in what they do and genuinely care about providing a great experience for their clients. I’m extremely grateful for all their help in getting me settled into my first place in the UK. I would absolutely recommend William H Brown, especially Amber and Callum, to anyone looking for a rental. Thank you both for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one!

We had a great experience with Alex and would definitely recommend him. We had already fallen in love with a property and were prepared to offer £290,000. Alex not only helped us find the right mortgage for our circumstances, but also gave us some really helpful advice with the negotiation. In the end, we managed to agree the purchase for £12,000 less than we were originally prepared to pay! What impressed us most was that Alex genuinely wanted to help us, not just arrange the mortgage. He was honest, approachable and always happy to explain things or give advice when we needed it. We are now getting close to exchange and couldn’t be happier with how everything has gone. We honestly couldn’t recommend Amber and the team enough! From the very beginning, Amber went above and beyond to help us find our rental property and we genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent. She made the whole process so smooth and seamless, taking away so much of the stress that usually comes with moving. I couldn’t recommend William H Brown Downham branch enough! Myself and my partner have come to them to rent our first house and Amber has made what I thought was going to be a daunting experience so simple. Her customer service is exceptional, I’ve never had better and I work in customer service myself!. She would always reply within 5-30 minutes to each of my emails , I knew I could trust her which is so important! She went above and beyond for us, nothing was too much of an ask for her and we are both so thankful! Special mention to Callum too who was very professional at the house viewing and when picking our keys up. He is very helpful and friendly. Thank you team! Myself and my partner could not thank Amber enough for helping us rent our new home. Everything has been 100% perfect from making our first phone call to picking up the keys. Every process was explained in detail and if Amber didn’t know an answer to our question she was honest and came back to us with answers. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help us. She was professional, helpful and couldn’t fault her communication at all! Even the little touches like offering for us to go to the new house to measure things was thoughtful. Amber and Callum have both been incredibly amazing from the beginning, during the process there was a delay due to unexpected circumstances involving another company witch almost lead to the move in date being delayed both amber and Callum helped put a rush on forms and paper work to get us in on are actual move in date me and my partner are incredibly thankful! they both communicated really well with us and ensuring my partner and I where both kept up to date. Thank you Callum for showing us around are now new home, and ensuring we where kept up to date with communication! And always haveing fast replies via email and messages.
