GoogleTerrible service, I have rung multiple times regarding the same issue and they have never bothered to call back, or get in touch. We have now been 2 weeks without heating, with no attempts made to rectify this . Do not deal with Richard if can be avoided, he is very rude and abrasive. I will not be using a William H Brown Agency again in the future.
