Spent a year in a house share where they did nothing to remove an awful tenant who stole food and caused aggravation that several had to leave early. The cleaners they had come in stole equipment and didnt do a bloody thing Have the nerve to confirm that my balance was clear and then try and take rent arrears from the account.

GoogleWe bought a property late last year and Heidi was incredibly kind, professional and could not do enough for us! She made the process so easy! We also used their mortgage advisor who was really good at explaining everything as we were first time buyers and everything was new! Overall would completely recommend this branch!

Rosa showed us around several properties and guided us to the one we finally purchased, which was not on our original list 🙂 Took a few months to get sorted, Rosa and Ashleigh proactively involved in overseeing the "chain" I suspect that they did more than we know to get everyone moving. GoogleMe and partner moved from another estate agent who we had a lot of trouble but we decided to move to Taylors they have been amazing they sold our home within a month of being with them to first time buyers….they are very helpful and really good communication keeping us updated with everything….i highly recommend them and also the mortgage advisor who has been so helpful too

Yet another great service from the lettings team. Vienna & Lesley have been persistent and professional throughout. The covid impact has left me rather downbeat but the ladies have been optimistic ad continued forward, and their tenacity paid off. As I have come to expect (im spoilt now) they go above my expectations, which is very reassuring and comforting. Vienna is a great asset to the team and is always on hand - Lesley has built up a great team! I highly recommend!!!
