GoogleI cannot comment about the entire process of selling our house as it has only just sold but certainly from the moment they came round to value the house until now it has been more than satisfactory. Rosa initially came and she was non-pushy, patient and interested and emotional with me too!! All the girls who have dealt with us and carried out viewings were great but it was ultimately Jane who said 'don't worry I will sell your house' that did just that!! We sold exactly a month after it went live on Rightmove and I know that Jane worked really hard to get the right people through the door. She was straight talking which we liked and communicated brilliantly with us up to where we are now. Thank you all those involved in our sale.

GoogleWe sold our house in April, which was very very easy with Jane,but unfortunately that is where the good news stopped. Taylor’s forced us to have a mortgage evaluation with their in house mortgage advisor, even though we had an AIP from another lender. They sold us a house which they said could complete in a quick turnaround - in the 10 weeks following that the only response we had was “your onward is actively looking”. We pulled out and purchased with another estate agent, things turned sour. Multiple chases on emails, not answering the phone, and then to top it off, on completion, we were chased all day to release the keys when their own buy to let buyer didn’t release the funds until late in the day. Not a good experience at all.

GoogleJack Slipper from Taylor’s in Downend deserves the full 5. Star review. He rented my house in fishponds to super tenants and went above and beyond to secure the tenancy. He was very professional, attentive, well informed and could do not do enough for both the tenants and landlord. I will certainly be using Jack again when the tenancy comes to an end! GoogleI recently had a fantastic experience with Taylor's downend customer experience. The representative (Bilal and Victoria) was amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and committed to finding a right tenant that met my needs. They were regularly in contact with me to ensure I was completely satisfied. Their services exceeded my expectations for customer experience and I would highly recommend Taylors to all lanlords. They were very professional, efficient, and made me feel valued as a customer. Lastly I like to thank again to both Bilal and Victoria for all their help and support they have provided. For all new lanlords Bilal and Victoria are the guys if you don't know anything about letting, they will explain to you everything in detail and help you every step where needed. Great job!

Since we arranged viewing, Jack has called us several time for remind us the arrangement of viewing . After the part of viewing, Jack got back to us very quickly. Even we have countered some problems during the process, he provided professional assistance and immediate response to us. He has a very positive attitude toward client.
