This is not my first review for this branch and as they went above and beyond for us this summer I thought I better leave another review on a different google account! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Alisha and the team at Taylors really went above and beyond when we got served notice from the landlord unexpectedly. What could have been an incredibly stressful summer trying to find somewhere to live and spending hours searching rightmove has been completely eliminated by Alisha and colleagues securing us another 2 bed house on the same road we are currently on. I could go on and on about how amazing these guys are, especially after having dealt with some pretty awful landlords and estate agents over the years. The process from viewing the house to being handed the keys is incredibly simple and stress free, every member of staff I have dealt with has been professional, friendly and polite and I would recommend Taylors to anyone who is looking to rent somewhere, especially the team at Downend.

Finally a month in my new house which was listed by Taylor’s. Chloe Davies was very helpful and accommodating throughout re viewing and queries I had about the property. She communicated effectively with the vendors and was outstanding during the conveyancing process navigating the various hurdles we encountered from the legal process. When the solicitors were not the best at communicating, she was always responsive and ensured to communicate to the vendors to nudge the solicitors and the same the other way around. She was absolutely key in ensuring the purchase completed as I think everyone in the chain were losing hope after so many months in the process. Thanks again Chloe!!

Have recently used Taylor’s to sell my mums flat all the staff have been fab but I must give a shout out to Chloe who has gone over and above constantly chasing the solicitors daily trying to get things moved on ! Chloe kept me fully updated throughout the whole process by phone and email and I think it’s only thanks to her that we have at last completed ! I couldn’t recommend Kelsey and the team highly enough! From the very beginning, Kelsey was incredibly efficient, helpful and friendly, especially when arranging my valuation and making the whole process feel so straightforward. Rosa came out to carry out the valuation and was absolutely lovely - friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Kelsey also arranged for me to speak with Kris, the mortgage advisor, who was fantastic. He took the time to talk me through a range of options, including some I hadn’t even considered, which was incredibly helpful. Overall, I’ve had such a positive experience. Everyone has been professional, approachable and genuinely helpful throughout the process. A really great team, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Following an unsuccessful sales effort last year with a different agent we took our house off the market. Jane Cook had seen the property on Rightmove and made contact. Like a terrier with a bone she wouldn't let go and her sheer tenacity and persistence won us over so we put the house on with Taylors. Rosa valued it and said they would sell it in 6 weeks and they did! The team were brilliant and the knowledge of their customer base and proactive approach got us the sale we wanted.
