As a renter moving into a house alone for the first time and rather in the dark about the whole process, I'm glad that Taylors were the estate agents I was working with for it. Very very poor. Offered for a flat, they said they'd get back to us as soon as they had a decision from the landlord. Radio silence, impossible to get through on the phone. Let agreed with someone else a few days later without us being notified. We needed to get a flat ASAP, which they knew about, we feel messed around and have lost valuable time in our search for a property.
