Bedminster office - I had hoped that this one would be different. But if you like inaccuracies with details and not being able to explain their processes then they are for you. When I complained I was told that they'd followed their processes but it seems that they like to kept that information to themselves.

I will say, looking for accommodation is a daunting task in these times but with Taylors this becomes easy and stress free. Great staff and wonderful services. I have been renting through this letting agent for almost 2 years now and it has been an amazing experience so far. The property manager Nathaniel Allibone has always being prompt with reported issues and recently made sure that an urgent repair issue was completed on time. .They take maintenance repair issues serious and are reliable to get quality services. Avoid!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I would never rent from this or any other associated companies ever again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The experience I had from the time my tenancy ended until I had my deposit partially returned was nothing short of farcical. Their lack of communication and unwillingness to help or address any of my concerns made the process of moving significantly more stressful than it needed to be. They were far more interested in money, they have no desire to provide a decent service for their tenants. I ended up losing a portion of my deposit for which was completely unnecessary cleaning purely due to the fact that I was given the run around from the day I moved out. Had I not reluctantly agreed this saga would still be ongoing and I wouldn't have had any of my money returned. They repeatedly lied about the reason for a sudden increase in this pricing, refused point blank to provide an invoice, refused to listen to any concerns I had and effectively refused to discuss anything until I threatened to seek legal advice. Only then did I receive a phone call. This person was unable give any reason or address any of my concerns, and could not tell me why I was unable to have any sort of invoice. They also lied that the landlord had contacted me when he had not. Even after agreeing to pay these (illegal) cleaning fees just so I could be done with the whole situation it still took a further email and telephone call to have my money returned. Absolute joke of an agency. Avoid at all costs. If you do happen to rent with them take photographs of everything because they will use any excuse under the sun to keep your money.

If I could, I wouldn't give even one star. The agency/agent worked on behalf of one of owners, helping to delay and stalling the sales process for one owners benefit. And personal gain, as recieving money for this from said owner. Often not replying, selective replies, replying with delays once recieve instructions from other owner.

We recently purchased a house that Taylors were marketing and they were brilliant. They kept us well informed the whole time and helped make sure that things for all parties involved were ticking along nicely. They are both professional and friendly and do their jobs very well. We primarily were dealing with Ashleigh who is fantastic, but it was clear that the office as a whole were kept well informed about what was going on so that anyone could help if necessary. Literally could not have had a worse experience. We were constantly ignored, even in a serious situation and after repeated assurances we'd be called back. Most of the problems we reported were not fixed for months. We were assigned a point of contact whom I managed to speak to once, after weeks of trying to get in contact. This was not a one-off poor experience, this was a year's worth of disappointment. Very happy not to be with them any more. Would recommend going anywhere but here. Taylors had responded to my review, implying I never lived in one of their properties, by searching for a “Luke” on their systems. Since my name is clearly Liam and he even said so, it goes to show how competent their staff are ... To add to their professionalism, after giving my full details to them by email prove that I'm a former tenant of theirs, they have completely ignored it and failed to update their response. Mind boggling.

Where do I start? Dreadful people.

Where do I start? I rented an apartment from the Bedminster branch, and it was an unbelievably awful experience from beginning to end. They lied about the opening inventory, there was no hot water or heating for most of the tenancy period (and they literally couldn't even be bothered to reply, let alone sort the problems out), they lied about damage caused when I left (which I did not cause), and now they refuse to communicate with me regarding the return of my deposit. Needless to say they are also withholding my deposit with no legitimate reason whatsoever. It would be really difficult to find a worse company to deal with. They treated me shockingly badly, lied through their teeth, and are trying to steal my deposit. Just awful. Avoid at all costs. UPDATE: 3 months later, I opened a dispute with Taylors via MyDeposits and submitted my honest evidence to counteract their lies and today received the deposit refund in full. Keep evidence of everything Taylors tell you (they WILL lie later on), take photos of everything, take videos of everything..... eventually, you will get your money back from these rogues (as long as you are being honest).

Absolutely useless and infuriating - they feed you empty promises and lies constantly saying they have done what you asked and then you realise they actually never did - over and over again rinse and repeat - they will NEVER respond to your issues with the house you rented unless it is an emergency that will damage the house never mind that it is a risk to your health unless you literally ring them up every day multiple times for 2 whole infuriating months and then eventually maybe they will do something after you say you will put in a formal complaint but not after they tried to gaslight you first saying nothing is wrong

Alex (Alexander Van Eker) from the very get go has been an absolute star in helping us find our home for life. He is extremely patient and was always willing to help. Throughout the house purchase he would always call to make sure everything was ok and keep us updated and would also check to see if we needed anymore help.
