TrustpilotGreat first experience
We signed up to Andrews with Stephen Edwards who was really efficient and helpful. a week later we were shown around a property by Nancy Henley, she was waiting outside to greet us. She was really helpful and friendly and made sure we knew the next steps to take if we wanted to make an offer. Any questions we had were answered quickly and would recommend these guys

TrustpilotAwful Awful Awful
Awful Awful AwfulI am not even a direct client but part of a chain and without doubt every hold up has been Andrews and as soon as their client uses DC Law - well we are in a land of no hope!!! AWFUL
I am sorry for you experience with Andrews. We became aware of challenges with some customers experience and addressed these as quickly as we could with our conveyancing partner. These issues were exacerbated by a peak of demand in conveyancing during 2022, compounded by behaviour changes during and after Covid lockdowns. I am sorry that this impacted upon your chain.Carl HowardGroup Chief Executive
