Excellent, quick and helpful service

I recently had a problem with my heating not working properly, so I reported the issue on Sunday, had a phonecall from Wards on the Monday morning and a plumber attended our house on the Tuesday and our heating was back working within an hour! Really impressed with how Wards handled the situation, customer service Tom was brilliant, and Jack our plumber from JPM was very polite and friendly, and gave us the best advice to keep our house warm and what to do dealing with any condensation while heating up the house. Really pleased with how our issue was handled. Thank you everyone involved!

Nick and his team are great!

Nick and his team were great from start to finish, from viewing our new home one Saturday afternoon, to the following weekend, having our own house on the market, with multiple offers and the offer on our new home accepted. There were a few hiccups towards the end of the process, but the team were on hand to help and get everything sorted and we moved without any major problems or delays. We would fully recommend the team at Wards, Ashford and if needed we will use them again in the future.

I recently sold my property in Caxton Close, Hartley, Longfield, Kent.Right from the outset - Terri Truckle the Branch Manager @ WARDS in New Ash Green and her team were professional and relentless and determined in getting the property marketed and sold. The service they rendered was second to none with regular marketing adverts and e mail updates, sales e mail updates and viewing and appointment updates. Nothing was left to chance - and their customer service acumen was outstanding. They kept me informed all the way with the progress of the house sale. Helpful and professional. Maria and her team helped us out a lot. We were visiting from out of town and keen to see as many places as we could while were in the area. She listened to what we were looking for and did her best to show us places that met our needs. She also shared her local knowledge of the area which was a very nice touch. She was great at facilitating the viewings all the way through the contracts being signed and was diligent in answering all our questions and concerns. Finally when I collected the keys on move in day, she presented me with a welcome gift with some goodies inside. She also followed up a few times to see how we were settling in and if there were any teething problems she could help solve. Really great service! :)

I exchanged and completed on a house purchase yesterday. It has been a long process, and quite an emotional roller coaster at times - especially the final week. I really have been pleased and impressed with the high quality of support that sales team of Wards of Dover provided, in particular the progress chaser, Jodi Wyncoll and the branch manager, Greg Middlebrook. Jodi kept in close contact throughout with both myself and the vendor. She anticipated issues and provided good, well founded advice, clearly based on experience. She was always fair-minded and even-handed and I really appreciated how good she was at helping me to keep calm. Greg stepped in several times when Jodi had identified that something had arisen either for myself or the vendor that had potential to jeopardise the sale. He rapidly identified and speedily took the action needed to enable things to move forward again. They both clearly enjoy their jobs and are really good at them and very good to work with. They are brilliant and know what they are doing

I was first introduced and recommended to Greg at Dover Wards by Darren from Hythe Wards and cannot thank him enough. Greg and his team made us feel safe and secure at a very emotional time, he did not rush us but helped and gave us the best advice and guided us every step of the way. He understood this was more than a house, it was a much loved home. I had many questions and Greg and his team took us step by step through what could have been a very complicated process, but they made it as easy and as pain free as possible. From beginning to the end they were there, weekly updates from Dominique, Sophie supporting on the phone,Greg understanding everything. I cannot thank them all enough, everyone who I came into contact with was so capable, helpful, understanding, knew the housing market and cared for us. We got the price we wanted for the house which is important but more than that the whole process was made easy for us by the wonderful and amazing Greg and his team.My advice to anyone going through this process is to listen to Greg and his team, they know what they are doing and could not have done more for us.
