We wanted some valuations to compare as we had put an offer on another house we wanted. Ward were just so rude about their local competitors and slagged them off. We changed our mind about having them turn up for a valuation and so they started using old-school pressure techniques and wouldn't take no for an answer. In the end, we went with a nearby competitor who we've just given 5* to. Ward are to be avoided if you want a professional experience.

5* Just amazing! Wards Dover. I don’t know where to start, I saw a property on their website to rent and contacted them. I had a viewing with them and was looked after from the very start. Polite, professional, friendly and warm. The Estate agents itself is full of welcoming staff and smiling faces. You instantly feel at ease. Aaron particularly. This guy is awesome! He guided, advised and supported me through the whole process. Always keeping me up to date via emails and phone calls. Jack, Liz and Jemma also thank you. I am so grateful to Wards Dover. Thank you for your professionalism throughout the process but more than that thank you for humanising myself and making the whole process feel exciting and rewarding rather than stressful and scary. Having to sell family home after mum passed away

After my mum passed away unexpectedly and way too soon, I found myself having to single handedly deal with her estate. Having moved in to the family home in 1988 it had certainly been lived in, not run down to disrepair but at the same time no real updates on the property had taken place over this long period of time. It was always going to be stressful and a challenge but with that in mind it was the perfect property for a family home and for someone to put their own stamp on it and personally this was my hope.Adam from Wards took the lead and on evalution and first viewing of the property he understood fully without me having to really explain anything. He was fair with pricing, clear with explaining each reason positive and negative and made me feel like he just got it.From then on it was easy for me, on visiting the office Amy was always so welcoming, helpful and considerate. She made me feel like I wasnt alone in it, in a professional and caring manner, we laughed together as well. Meant alot.Throughout the process I recieved emails and phone calls updating me with informaton I needed to know nothing I could of just done without and the whole team in the office dealt with the sale in one aspect or another Tom, Tanya and Maria thank you.When an offer came in Alfie was exceptional at relaying the potential buyers concerns and interest to me, kept it clear what I needed to do my end and was honest about their queries.I can't thank the team enough.Sam Head

I’ve used Wards Dover several times now to buy and sell properties and have always found them to be professional and work hard for their clients. Recently we sold our house and purchased our new home through them. Being involved in a chain it wasn’t straightforward and they really worked hard to get the process to complete. As a Sales Progressor Debbie Ludgate was amazing. This review is for Tina Styance. What an asset she is to Ward & Partners. She looked after us through our first and second purchase and sale (an absolute nightmare chain) and I never evet felt anything was ever too much. She kept me updated through the whole 9 months and she fought for us to get where we are now. She was by far the best sales progressor out of our whole chain and I was so pleased that she was ours. I would use wards again but purely because of Tina. The sales side was okay but she really was what kept everything together (including me) throughout the whole process, Thank you Tina. Wards Ashford was awful, promise top rate service and fail to deliver. weekly marketing updates confirmed pitiful marketing to the point of embarrassment and a request to stop the updates as it only evidenced just how bad the service is. Contract heavily loaded in Wards favour, no open house as promised, no for sale board without chasing and then not as promised. If on-line failed to deliver leads then Wards have no proactive marketing approach.Worst experience ever,

I went to Wards on a whim! Earlier this year as my contract was coming to an end with my then Agent. I was greeted by Prince & Amrit who were both very friendly, extremely knowledgeable & polite. From the word Go! They instantly made me feel comfortable and well at ease before, during and after the whole transaction of the sale of my property.They were efficient and very hands on and took away any reservations that I had during the process. Prince kept me updated at all times and so I knew exactly what stage(s) the sale of my house was at and he never left me in the lurch about anything, so this made things even more relaxed and easier to deal with.The turnaround was unexpectedly fast and I could not fault a thing! They remained courteous, positive and professional throughout the whole process.They kept their word, worked great as a team and delivered exactly what they promised!I highly recommend using Wards and it is a bonus if you’re lucky enough to meet both Prince & Amrit!
