I am absolutely disgusted by this estate agents. They advertised our property without permission from us, we were going to rent a property and they were is meant to just look at the property to give us an idea for what we could rent this for. Instead they put this property on the Market without talking to us. When I asked them to remove the property, there words to us were that this was not there problem. I would never use this company, they talk to you like poo and laugh at you when you are trying to talk to them. This is a disgusting company and behaviour.

GoogleOrganised a viewing with over a weeks notice and had two reminders from the agent. Travelled 75 miles to see the property at the arranged time only to find out when we got there that the agent did not have the keys. Obviously no preparation or basic checks done in advance by the agent to check they had access. I feel sorry for the vendor selling the property as the agent doesn't seem to put much effort in. Choose an estate agent that cares and doesn't waste your time or money.
