We had a really lovely experience with Palmer Snell from Molly in the Lettings team and Kam from the sales team. Kam was so helpful in mentioning that they also do lettings and put us in touch with Molly. From there, Molly has been amazing, she made our viewing enjoyable, has been quick to respond, super communicative, and you can see she is incredibly passionate about her job. Molly also found us a property that’s perfect for our situation. Both Kam and Molly have been a delight to deal with. I highly recommend using this estate agents!

Molly at Palmer Snell was absolutely brilliant from the beginning. We viewed a property that unfortunately wasn’t quite right for us and she instantly knew of another property that we could view. We ended up passing up on that one, but she had saved us a viewing space a week after for a property that completely fit our checklist to ensure we found the perfect home to rent. We absolutely adore our new home and Molly made the whole experience so easy and absolutely flawless. I couldn’t recommend Palmer Snell enough for how achievable they made the process of finding a new home; Molly’s guidance was definitely the highlight of our experience for how personal she was from the beginning. She is an incredible asset to the agents and I cannot thank her enough for helping us.

By far and away the best rental experience I have ever had! Oliver and Hayley were incredible. From the point of requesting a viewing on a property, to the confirmation of being offered the property took only 4 days!. The level of service is nothing short of outstanding. The online portal made this the easiest home move I have undertaken, The change of address for water, setting up new gas and electric suppliers and transferring my council tax were instantaneous. I'm not really sure I can express in words how unbelievably helpful Ella Weavis has been for me. Selling my late mums property, from start to ( almost finish , one last hurdle ) Ella has been the driving force behind anything moving forward. She has tirelessly chased my solicitor and remained in contact through everything. I would honestly challenge anyone to provide a better service because I do not believe its possible. End to end a bad experience

We are renting an apartment through Palmer Snell and it has been very difficult to navigate the administration. Their portals for completing the initial admin don't work. If you ask them for help to get around the issues they create they are curt and come back with brief and unhelpful answers. It feels like they are being duplicitous. Either they don't know the answers themselves when they should, or in other instances they do but don't want to tell you because it makes them look bad or they are actually doing something wrong. They come across as untrustworthy and certainly living here has been a challenging, stressful and unpleasant experience. They don't drive essential admin like snag lists. We don't know how to turn on the heat. There is no love in their process. Only coldness and curtness. I would never choose to live in a home managed by them again.

Yesterday I attended a viewing with Ella, what an absolute breath of fresh air. She answered every question I had knowledgeably in fact she offered lots more info on the property, her passion for her job was so impressive I actually called the branch afterwards and spoke to James her manager to tell him what I thought, it’s not often these days we find ourselves really impressed by a service but yesterday I did.
