I can’t recommend Matt, James, Joe and the whole team at Hearnes enough! When we first sold our flat we had no idea a pandemic was about to happen, and to say it’s been a rollercoaster would be an understatement! These guys were all fabulous and helped us to get to completion day. If we ever move again in future, we’ll be using you again!

I want to point out that this review relates only to Hearnes in Ringwood and not in the other branches. The people at the Ringwood office seem to be incapable of replying to emails, phone messages etc. If I were trying to sell my property they would be the very last company i would use. They are absolutely hopeless.

We’ve had a fantastic experience from the moment we contacted Hearnes estate agents in Bournemouth. Not only did they find us a buyer for our house within a matter of a few weeks, but we’ve also bought our new home through them as well. Decided to disengage with Hearnes as our Estate Agents after months of poor performance, lack of communication and failure to deliver on promised objectives. On the same day we did this, they cancelled our viewing on another property despite having emailed us only two days before inviting us to see the property. Bad service, bad attitude, this agency is seemingly run by a group of petulent teenagers.
