FacebookI'm not impressed having taken time out of my working day, at my own expense, to attend a viewing on a property you have on Right Move to discover that the agent cannot get access to the property & couldn't be bothered to call to say so. My question is should you be marketing a property you can't show people and why not let me know in advance and save me wasting my time. Thanks once again. Not a good experience for me.

Only agents in Bournemouth who knew their properties inside and out when discussing them in person at the office, didn't hesitate to find the answers to any questions I had, booked me in for viewings easily and at my convenience, and thorough communication the whole way through. As a result I am in my first home much earlier than expected and my dog and I are very happy!

After successfully selling our property, the team at Hearnes helped more with our forward purchase than the estate agents who were representing the sale. GoogleDon't bother, tried several times to view properties on their website which we know are for sale with them as they have boards outside....but the property is nowhere to be found unless you book a viewing. Doesent help people who live far away.

GoogleOffer accepted then reneged upon next day after they rang around others interested to get better deal. From Facebook looks like they do this as a practice which is pretty shabby practice in my opinion. Another buyer had same experience according to Facebook. Very disappointed
