I can’t speak highly enough of the Hearnes Bournemouth Team . . they provided an outstanding service in every aspect throughout the whole process. From day one, they immediately jumped into action and worked proactively and with speed, which was exactly what we needed, as we had to meet a tight deadline and a tight budget! I recently purchased a property through Hearnes. The buying process was extremely stressful and full of ups and downs, however Hearnes were one of the few positives. I have nothing but respect for Nikki and the team who were very supportive throughout the process, however I would like to make a special mention to Angie who was fantastic! She managed the chain and kept me abreast of any new developments, even calling me on her days off to ensure there were no delays. Had the most pleasant experience with Hearnes Ferndown and buying our first property. Both Angie and Nikki were very helpful guiding us through the process and keeping us more in the loop than our solicitors could! The Team at Hearnes Ferndown have been fantastic! We were a buyer of a property they had listed and they were brilliant through the whole process. Bruno did an amazing first viewing of the property for us answered all the questions we had about the property and was very informative of the property and the buying process as this was our first time buy. Angie has been incredible keeping us informed throughout the whole process and created great communication between myself and the seller and very much helped us get to that earlier completion date. Would not recommend to go with Hernes, particularly the Ferndown branch when making such a big investment or selling your property. Each property I have had a viewing with them they have either been on their phone acting completely uninterested, acted like they don't want to be there, left us to view it alone or tried to put us off buying somewhere by being really negative about the property. I felt sorry for the sellers of these properties. I'm addition the communication is awful, we had an offer accepted on a property which unfortunately fell through from the sellers end and hearnes didn't not contact us to let us know. We are still waiting for the call months later (we eventually found out ourselves through the sellers themselves luckily as we had got to know them). They are also particularly rude at times, coming across unprofessional. This isn't just a recent thing, I viewed a few properties with them 2 years ago and had exactly the same experience and it appears nothing has changed, if not it's got worse.
