GoogleCan't thank Robbie enough at the Dorchester branch enough for all his help and support with buying our property. He was also a source of support and advice with the selling of our property as we had numerous issues with the agents handling our sale, which were not Connells. Everyone was very efficient and professional. Would definitely recommend this branch.

GoogleI am very very impressed. As a property investor I have an executive 4/5 bed detached house with a detached double garage , in the best central location there is in the centre of Dorchester in Dorset which has been fully renovated to a new standard throughout to either sell or rent I set up a full day of estate agents to come round , I asked for someone from sales and someone from lettings to come from each agency. 6 agencies came. The Connells team shone , they stood out. Clare Cross came for sales and Michelle Brown for Lettings. They both gave equally good presentations at the house they were confident and highly professional. As a property investor I am very used to dealing with estate agents and out of the six agencies that came that day as I said the Connells team stood out. Plus I’ve had occasion to call the office and both Harvey Rawlings and Anthony Calleja were Very professional and very enthusiastic . None of the other estate agents offices where as good/ enthusiastic. Nothing was too much trouble 😀😀😀🤗 very well Done Connells Dorchester Dorset.

Being our first home, it was all a lot of take in, but thanks to the staff there (in particular Lily and Robbie) we made it through the whole thing unscathed! Would highly recommend 😁

GoogleDawn and Harriet worked incredibly hard to match good tenants to my property and to me as a landlord. They managed to get tenants moved in within a few weeks and while some of the “company procedures” are over complicated, Dawn and Harriet more than made up for it. Thanks both, one of the best letting experiences I’ve had in a long time!

GoogleShocking experience for the second time with the staff in Dorchester. Ruben rude on both occasions we were selling and buying through them . I'm sorry but they are not trusted worthy and don't care about there customers. Far better estate agents out there

GoogleI cannot recommend Lily Creighton more highly. She always responds with clear, forthright advice with no waffle but always delivered with a smile. The selling process is fraught with delays made all the more frustrating by law firms not communicating effectively. GoogleShane was generally useless, possessing limited communication skills or good manners. Whenever we ‘phoned queries could not be answered and ‘they will get right back to us when in the office’. On one of these ‘calls we were stood outside the branch looking at the person we wanted to speak too biting his nails (class!), yet were informed he was out on a viewing. Avoid this bunch.
