Connells, particularly Robbie, have been fantastic. We went in the market initially with another well known agent in Dorchester. After very few viewings we parted company and we went on with Connells, Robbie got us more viewings in a week than the other agent did in a month! We have just exchanged after only 6 weeks since accepting an offer. We’ve been updated regularly, the team is always available and they have worked tirelessly on our behalf to get everything done. What a team! Our legal support was sadly lacking but the team at Connells fought our cause every step of the way, in particular Robbie Wills, new in the role, but a terrier on our behalf. As a couple, that have always been disappointed with the service provided through our own negative experiences with the service received from estate agents, on the numerous occasions that we have moved home.
