GoogleVery unhappy with this company ( Dorchester Office) , took over a week to be able to view a property , then found not only the decoration was totally different and poor compared to the photographs online , but a main selling point stated of a "Open Fire" was told it was decoration only .

FacebookI would not recommend Connells they promise a let and give a date to sign the paperwork. Then 2 weeks before the move they move the goal posts pull out a policy that is not documented anywhere, so much so the letting agent was apparently unaware of it also. Resulting in the tenancy falling through, after advising that it was OK to go ahead and give notice on our current property leaving is at risk of homelessness with 2 small children. Thankfully our previous estate agent was understanding and this did not occur. In addition to this a holding deposit was paid to Connels who stated it would be returned in 7 days. Over 10 days later and this has yet to be returned to us. I would not recommend Connells to anyone wanting a professional and organised estate agent.

As a land lady they have provided a very professional service, updating me frequently along the process of letting my property and providing advice as and when I have needed it. Had an offer on my house £9000 above what the 2 other agents I had out valued it for and it was chased through by the whole team from start to finish!!
