GoogleExceptional customer service from the Doncaster team!!! I was in search of a one bed property. Even after an unsuccessful attempt at a property the team put in 110% to get me into a property fitting my liking. During each stage of the process the team were quick to answer my questions and turn around paperwork to make my move not only a smooth process but also a very enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this team for a nice, friendly and professional service. I would like to express my own gratitude to you all. GoogleThe staff have been super friendly throughout and call with regular updates. I can't fault the mortgage service provided by Thomas Guttridge. The process was well explained and easy to understand. Thomas took the time to understand our needs and provide an option best suited to us. I would definitely recommend using the Estate Agents but also the Mortgage advice too.

GoogleReally bad experience as first time buyers. Our experience has made us think twice about wanting to be on the property ladder as a result of the treatment we recieved. Told multiple different things and we still dont know what was correct. We recieved really bad communication, properties we were viewing had been solt without notification on a number of ocassions. Really pushed into their mortgage eventhough we had almost fully finalised with a bank. Really pressured us to feeling we should consider it eventhough we had a much better offer elsewhere Really Disappointed with the whole experiences this year. We have filed a formal complaint today as we would like to give the company a chance to respond as we think this would be fair.

GooglePersonally not had a good experience? I found the staff member who dealt with me todate has failed to keep you updated on property offers and did not let you know when properties are taken off the market despite arranged viewings for the property .:( assume there a trainee Unfortunately feel has not provided a good service for a potiential buyer or selling a property to its maxmise potiential by loosing buyers with this method of lack sales persistence and information and organisation. After my own constant persistent finally put in an offer on a property which went on public notice however did not put on public notice any higher offers excepted .. I wouldn’t waste time on this estate agents .. Not very efficient Would love the area manager to contact me or leave there details in regards to this matter .There definitely needs to be more in-house staff training to implement better service and follow up to potiential buyers and more training for its staff and target sales
