GoogleI asked them to start the process to manage my rental property in February 2023. Its not May 2023 and nothing has been done and they are not responding to emails or calls. Exceptionally poor customer service and not what you would expect from a company like this.

GoogleHe gave me a house that I couldn't find gas in, after he closed the contract, and he didn't even give me the money back.they are rude. he talks to you from above, as if we were animals... Honestly, they only deserve their closure

GoogleSeems to be run by young staff with little experience or communication skills. The girl I was dealing with was literally a robot. They need to recruit more senior staff with experience.

GoogleAbsolute scumbags. Cost me best part of £200 to de flea yes fleas the flat. Not there problem though. Wouldn't rent a sunbed on beach from the clowns. Will and David useless

Tom Guttridge our mortgage advisor was knowledgeable about the current housing market and talked me through applying for our mortgage with me being a first time buyer which was very helpful. GoogleExcellent agency. The lister was professional and honest which is why I decided to use them over other agencies. Once my house was sold, they got back to me everytime I had a question and were always polite, even when I was panicking. Would 100% recommend.
