GoogleVery poor communication, numerous calls & emails made but never get a response back! As others have stated maybe this is down to the fact we’re not spending thousands on rent?! Also Rodgers attitude is all wrong for a manager he is so rude & really needs to learn how to speak to people! The rest of the staff seem lovley though shame he lets the side down! Probably one of the worse estate agents I have rented with and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Good morning Lyndsey . I am sorry that you feel you have had a bad experience with us as a tenant thats not the outcome we look for . I was informed when you reported the issue of the damaged door at the property you alluded to the fact that the neigbour had damaged it as part of an ongoing dispute. This was conveyed to the landlord who made a decision not to pay for a replacement. As a rental agent i can only take instruction from my landlord given that it is their property and i have to deliver the news which is not always what a tenant wants to hear. GoogleMy experience has been very positive with Horton Knights, prompt and professional throughout they have been very proactive with the entire process, this has included the marvellous Chloe who continually chased my sub-par solicitor who appeared to be asleep throughout conveyancing. I would strongly recommend them as a first choice to sell and buy houses in Doncaster and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

GoogleHorton Knights have managed our property for just over a year and it has been a pleasure working with them. Recently, within 14 days of the placing our apartment on the market, a new tenant was found, credit & reference checked and moved in - amazing!! Roger, Francis and Chloe have been absolutely fantastic from the start, nothing is too much trouble for them, and they go the extra mile to make sure we're kept up to date at every stage of the process. They are professional and quick to sort out any problems. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent to let their property.

GoogleFrom the first meeting to the last phone call the Horton Knights team have been superb. The experience has been a very positive one even though we had a few problems with the buyers online solicitor. The team work tirelessly to achieve the best and smoothest outcome for seller and the buyers.. The cost was a fixed cost explained right at the beginning and that’s exactly what it cost at the end.
