GoogleI have been trying to view a house on church Lane Barnburgh since it came on the market, phoned up to arrange viewings to be told it has sold, altho 4 weeks later it is still listed for sale on rightmove and there website. Something sounds dodgy to me here like holding back viewings so there convenient buyers offer gets accepted. Phoned again to be told exact same and even with the potential to get a higher offer than the supposed bidder, clearly not in the customers best interests.

GoogleI would highly recommend Horton Knights. We’ve had a nightmare 12 month move and the only reason things started to move was when these guys joined our chain. They weren’t even our estate agent yet I was updated by Chloe (who is excellent) on a regular basis. If I ever move again I won’t go anywhere else other than with these guys. GoogleHorton Knights won't take a solicitors word for proof of funds. It's the legal duty of a solicitor to prove funds not an estate agent. They would not pass a legitimate offer to a vendor, which could be your one and only offer for months! Do you really want an agent that doesn't accept or pass on offers, which in this case, was cash offer? Probably you don't think this is right as you are paying them. Well I suggest you vote with your feet and go to an agent who serves your interests and passes all legitimate offers to you and not give business to ones that believe they are more important than they are. This is the solicitor’s job, I’m a cash buyer and you've just lost an offer by me to buy your house days after it went on sale.

GooglePoor communication, left me hanging for 2 weeks on an immediate letting, I had to ring every other day due to poor coms, staff haven't got a clue, if your going to use these I'd look elsewhere

We take all our reviews seriously, and use the reviews for staff training. Upon investigating this one, we cannot find you registered as an applicant or viewer we have no 'Trevor McDonald' registered on our CRM system. Did you view the property in your name, or another name?. If you could kindly contact the office with any relevant details ( in private for data protection, is fine) then we can look into the matter further.
