What an excellent estate agents team! Everyone from the valuation team , marketing team , the ladies in the office (especially Nikki) and the office manager -Roger, who all drove our sale over the finishing line after a particularly tumultuous ride with the purchaser. We cannot thank them enough after a large number of viewings and 14 offers on the property we exchanged and completed yesterday. This is the second property we have sold with them in recent years and would have absolutely no hesitation in using Horton Knights again in the future. Quite possibly the easiest 5 stars I've ever given. I was in no doubt when Frances and Darren Horton came out to see my property, they were the obvious choice to take it to market. They are honest, friendly and passionate about achieving the right price - which incidentally they valued at £100,000 -£150,000 more than other agents, and achieved an offer for full asking on the first day it went live! The team who look after the process of sale are nothing short of outstanding; professional, friendly and extremely efficient, and Chloe's presentation of the brochure is exceptional! A special shout out to Roger; the manager, who is quite honestly one of the nicest guys, and someone I would call a friend going forward. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge, with a unique ability to manage different personalities. He has consistently gone above and beyond and has frequently taken my calls well into the evening, after closing. Roger found me my new dream home also; introducing me to a property that he felt met my requirements and tastes. I would not hesitate to use or recommend this amazing family owned business. From the initial visit by Francis, I was made to feel comfortable and it was clear he understood our property and it’s value, not only for the market but to us as well. The photographs taken really did our home justice, which was clear from the interest we received! We could not recommend the Horton Knights team enough for buying or selling. They have been brilliant throughout! We originally tried selling our home through an online estate agent in October 2019 and quickly regretted it. We had barely any communication with the online agent and weren't getting the viewings on our property that we were promised when the house was valued. I then reached out to a number of local estate agents around Doncaster and after speaking to Roger at Horton Knights, I got an immediate good impression. I felt confident after he gave me honest advice and talked me through how he and the team would approach selling our home. We switched from the online estate agent to Horton Knights in January 2020 and got an immediate reaction with a lot of regular viewings. Horton Knights also hosted the viewings which made it easier as previously using the online estate agent required me and my wife to show them around the home which at times was awkward. Communication was brilliant throughout as we were kept updated weekly on how our advert was progressing. Even during difficult times of the COVID-19 pandemic, Horton Knights still managed to get interest on our property. We had many offers and accepted one that worked best for us shortly after lockdown was lifted. Our sale wasn't an easy one with many complications throughout which worried us but the experience from Roger and his team gave us reassurance, confidence and helped us remain calm. We were desperate to move back to Newcastle around family and friends and felt Roger understood our situation as if he was going through it himself. We finally got it over the line thanks to the Horton Knights team who were absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. Thank you to Chloe who had excellent communication keeping us up to date with viewings and availability. A special mention to Roger who was absolutely fantastic throughout and I honestly don't think the sale of the house would of went through without his input.
