GoogleBest experience with HN estate Agents for their professional service. I am able to speak to a staff member of straight away rather than a long wait whenever I had called unlike with most other agents. Most of time I have spoken with Ellie and she is very polite and professional despite work pressures. Good luck to all the team.

Google25 Newby Cres Doncaster - We offered 150k but withdrew our offer This time............ Dont forget to be honest and say the garage roof has a hole in it. The property was broken into and the lock changed That when booking an appointment there is no guarantee the Agent will arrive with a key The dispute with the neighbour (in the Contract Pack ) at 23 Newby Cres and the wall built against the garage at 25 ...... That both the Agents and Vendors are both champions at foot dragging

GoogleDoncaster property viewings only on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00am. Either EU members are different or problems are being created on purpose, which is a form of discrimination. Contact with the agent is difficult due to lack of reliable knowledge about real estate. I do not recommend this agency when trying to buy or rent real estate

Good afternoon. UnfortunateIy i have tried to locate you on our CRM system, and with the limited information we are unable to find you, please can you contact us as a matter of urgency. We conduct viewings 7 days a week unless of course the owner/ tenant has requested specific days and times, then as the agent we have to work within these times. Therefore I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with our service. I am concerned that I can see no trace of your details on our database which i should be able too if you had registered to view a property with us, are you sure you have the correct agent ?. GoogleAll staff have been very professional and go the extra mile. Without Roger I fear we would still not be in our property due to conveyancing issues. He made sure that whenever there were delays he did his best to move things forward. I would highly recommend Horton Knights.

GoogleI decided to use Horton Knights to sell my late mums property as I felt the customer care, professionalism and advice I received was first class. I was kept up to date throughout the sale and they were always happy to answer any queries I had at anytime. I would definitely appoint them again as my agents should I need to in the future.

GoogleWe used Horton Knights to sell my father in law’s house in Doncaster. Initially, we were impressed with our initial contacts and thought that a percentage rather than fixed fee would generate a higher sale price. We became disappointed with HK though when the ‘for sale’ boards still had not been delivered 2 weeks after the house went up for sale. We were further disappointed when there was a distinct lack of proactive communication and update - especially during COVID-19 when we weren’t clear what was happening re- sale & viewings. The house did sell in the end but , for the fee paid, we didn’t this HK were great value.

GoogleAbsoloutly shocking service, waited 2 weeks to see a house in Bircotes, only for my partner to turn up & wait for 20 minutes, got on the phone to the estate agent, there was no one scheduled to see us, even with confirmation of the booking being sent. AVOID!!!NegativeQuality, Professionalism

We would greatly appreciate if you were able to provide the name of the viewer in which the appointment was booked and the property in question as you are not registered on our Database ?. We currently market one property in Bircotes and i can see from our CRM system that all viewings have taken place and feedback has been obtained. GoogleFrankly, I can’t recommend Horton Knights highly enough and would urge anyone looking to sell a property in the Doncaster area to give them the opportunity to show you what they can do. Not only did their understanding of the market and promotion of our property secure the right offer for us within 10 days but the support service that followed through a difficult and messy sale was above and beyond. Roger Moore’s ability to cut through the complexities of the process and secure valid and accurate information on the status of our sale that was not available from elsewhere was outstanding and his ongoing communication of our buyer’s status allowed us to keep hold of our sanity and stick with the transaction to a successful conclusion. Put everything negative you have ever heard about estate agents to one side .
