This is our first house sale and I am so glad we went with Haart, everyone was so friendly and helpful, Rebecca came out to see us on a Saturday which was a great help and Sarah was great sorting the paperwork in the office, calling and emailing every time there was any news, the house had so many viewings and was sold so quickly, it really surprised me.

From first booking a viewing on a property right the way through, Sarah Banks was fantastic with me and my partner. She was professional and friendly during phone calls. Even the morning of the house viewing, Sarah contacted us to ensure we were still able to make it and told us which colleague would be meeting us at the property which was reassuring given we had a poor experience previous to using Haart. Following through to making an offer on the property, relaying this to the vendors and back to us, this was quick and Sarah answered any questions that we had. This also led us onto using Benjamin Oliver a mortgage advisor recommend by Sarah who was also brilliant. All communication was quick via email or phone call and nothing was too much to ask from Sarah. I sold my house a few weeks ago with haart and I can’t recommend them enough! Especially one lady, Roz!! She’s defintly a credit to your team. The amount of problems we had with our buyers and purchase it was enough to send anyone over the top! But Roz was always there running round sorting all these problems out.
