Even though haart were actually our vendor's estate agent she has been constantly on hand to provide updates and chase the solicitors, I've probably spoken with her more than anyone else! GoogleI am in the middle of the very stressful business of house selling and the proposed purchaser pulled out just before Christmas. Natasha was very understanding at my disappointment and distress. She put the house back on the market straight away and I have another offer. Natasha responded quickly to any emails and also speedily phoned me back, reassuring me that I must not hesitate to call her any time I wish to. Overall my dealings with Hearts, Natasha, Ros and the other staff members has been positive.
