We had a property valued today and I must say that Ken Siddall was the nicest guy to deal with. He was on time, very thorough and very knowledgeable. Having to sell a deceased relatives property is difficult to deal with but Ken was very understanding and took the time to explain everything and without any pressure to rush us into immediate decisions. We have already discussed him selling another property for us later this year due to our experience with him today.

Sarah Banks was fantastic throughout our house purchase. She was friendly, professional, and always happy to help with any questions we had, especially us very naive first time buyers. Buying a house can be stressful, but Sarah made the whole process feel much easier by keeping us informed and being so approachable throughout. We’re very grateful for all her support and would highly recommend her to anyone buying a home.

Having Instructed Haart Doncaster, my main contact Nic senior has been from the beginning, straight - direct & on-point which Is what you want, It's what I want anyway. Facts, knowledge, examples of how your ad will sit on haart's site & other major UK selling sites & of course how your property will be actively managed through to final days until sold. I am very happy with the service Nic & the team have delivered, very professional, your best Interests from the outset & levels that go above & beyond expectations, which, on reflection Is a breath of fresh air.

I have recently put an offer in for a home with haart. Thanks to Sarah an offer we was happy with was accepted and now my family can look forward to moving into a beautiful home. Sarah was very understanding with everything I needed to discuss and sort. My situation wasn't as simple just being able to put an offer down and moving in but Sarah took my situation and made it work. Sarah is professional and easy to talk to and I am happy that she is my agent during this exciting process. I am confident that this will be the easiest process it can be thanks to Sarah.

Our experience with Haart so far has been excellent. Nicola Senior came out immediately and conducted a very thorough valuation which has so far resulted in at least 9 viewings immediately. Nicola, although extremely knowledgeable and professional, is very empathetic and , due to the emotional nature of the sale has been beyond kind making us feel much better about everything. We had been very reticent around the whole process until we met, and spoke (at length ) to Nicola before deciding which estate agents we wanted to be with. We would strongly recommend Haart estate agents in Doncaster and would like to pass on our thanks to Nicola, she is continuing to remain in contact with us to support us throughout the whole process.

Kenneth Siddal! The most down to earth guy iv ever met so easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Not pushy in any way! Really spent the time explaining throughly the process of selling our home and marketing strategies for me to understand. Can tell how much Ken prides himself in his work and that his job is his passion. Ken alone has made our decision to sell with haart the easiest one yet 😊
