I cannot thank Sarah Banks @ Doncaster enough for being the most incredible Estate Agent for me to sell my house. She kept me up to date with what was going on throughout the process, and helped ensure things were moving along. Her friendly, upbeat attitude made something that could be very stressful feel far more manageable. It was a great comfort to know there was someone there to help who was easy to get in touch with whenever I had a question . Even though i did seem stroppy at times with Sarah she reassured me that everything would be ok and she would get me a sale .My house has finally sold and Sarah got the best offer for me. I have today had a property valued by Mr Kenneth Siddall. I own the property but it is rented out at the moment and I live elsewhere. Mr Siddall kept me informed and rang me with a valuation after his visit. We had a long telephone conversation and Mr Siddall came across as a lovely man and treated me with the utmost courtesy, informing me of everything I needed to know. The tenant had no complaints of Mr Siddall's visit and confirmed Mr Siddall kept his visit to a minimum, presumably knowing the tenant was not actually the person he needed to deal with. All in all a very professional experience for myself.

Ken initially came out to value the property with a colleague. They were both friendly and professional and easy to chat to. Ken was very thorough and made sure not to rush. He led us through the process and all the possible options open to us. We asked him to take some outside photos due to the time of year. And without our commitment to signing up, he understood why this would be important and did that for us. Once we decided to use Haart the process was very quick.
